Employee Experience & Finance Coordinator
Join CPAC Systems in a varied role where you bring colleagues together through events and thoughtful workplace experiences while keeping everyday finance administration organised and running smoothly.
Do you enjoy bringing people together and making sure the details add up? From planning a company celebration to keeping invoices and purchases in order, this role combines thoughtful service with a good head for administration.
We are looking for an Employee Experience & Finance Coordinator at CPAC Systems. With around 300 colleagues across two offices in Mölndal, you will help create a workplace where people feel welcome, connected and part of the company.
About the role
Your time will be split approximately equally between employee experience and finance administration. You will belong to and report to the Finance department, working closely with People & Culture and colleagues across CPAC Systems.
One part of your role is about bringing people together. You will plan internal events, coordinate shared activities and take care of the practical details that make them enjoyable and easy to join.
The other part is about supporting our Finance team with everyday administration. You will help keep information accurate, follow up on outstanding items and build reliable routines.
Employee experience and internal events
Plan and coordinate company events, celebrations, after work gatherings and other employee activities
Take care of event logistics, including venues, catering, bookings, invitations and suppliers
Coordinate breakfast, fika and other shared moments across our two offices

Keep supplier information and financial records organised and up to date
Track event and workplace spending against agreed budgets
Prepare documentation and compile information for the Finance team
Help improve administrative routines and support other recurring finance tasks
Who are you?
You enjoy working with people and are equally comfortable working with numbers, records and details. You can create a welcoming company event, then turn your attention to making sure the invoices and documentation are in order.
You are proactive, organised and dependable. You take ownership, keep track of several priorities and follow things through. You also understand that finance administration calls for accuracy, discretion and care.
Your background may be in administration, finance support, event coordination, hospitality or office management. You do not need to have held this exact role before, but you should bring relevant administrative experience and an interest in both parts of the job.
We believe you have:
Experience in administration, ideally including invoices, purchases or expense handling
Experience planning events or coordinating workplace activities
Strong planning skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
Professional communication skills in Swedish and English
