We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by the challenge of balancing cutting-edge technology with commercial success. Responsibilities

• Lead with both technical expertise and commercial insight: Balance technical complexity with the need to create value and drive projects to market.

• Take ownership: Manage your projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met while navigating the ever-changing landscape of our industry.

• Collaborate and communicate: Be the key point of contact between internal teams and customers, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. Your ability to communicate clearly will be essential.

• Drive innovation and efficiency: Lead teams to work lean and focus on the minimum viable product while continuously finding opportunities to add value for our customers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a role such as Project Manager, Lead Engineer, QA Engineer, or Technical Team Lead.

• Master’s degree (MSc) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• A solid technical foundation, with a background in software and/or mechanical engineering,

• Strong knowledge of the software domain, primarily embedded systems, and an understanding of integrated systems and end-to-end product development.

• Fluency in both Swedish and English is preferred.

The position requires an on-site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day per week.

With a solution-oriented mindset, you enjoy coordinating across multiple stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and working towards common goals. We believe you bring a few years of experience from similar responsibilities, giving you the confidence to navigate challenges in this role.

You will be working with products connected to our marine segment, so an interest in or previous experience related to boats is naturally a strong plus.
