We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to our Marine Segment who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by the challenge of balancing cutting-edge technology with commercial success. Responsibilities

• Lead with both technical expertise and commercial insight: Balance technical complexity with the need to create value and drive projects to market.
• Take ownership: Manage your projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met while navigating the ever-changing landscape of our industry.
• Collaborate and communicate: Be the key point of contact between internal teams and customers, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. Your ability to communicate clearly will be essential.
• Drive innovation and efficiency: Lead teams to work lean and focus on the minimum viable product while continuously finding opportunities to add value for our customers.
  

Key qualifications

• Commercial mindset: A Project Manager who not only understands the technical side but also keeps an eye on commercial viability and value creation. You are proactive in identifying risks and solutions, and you know how to make the necessary trade-offs.
• Initiative and grit: We need someone who takes initiative and doesn’t shy away from challenges. You’re not afraid to step up, make decisions, and lead teams to success.
• Proven leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid technical foundation: A strong background in software and/or mechanical engineering, with a clear understanding of integrated systems and end-to-end product development, preferably in both domains.
• Customer-focused approach: You know how to manage customer expectations and work collaboratively with Business Developers to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

We think you enjoy coordinating across many stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned and moving in the same direction. We also believe you bring at least a few years of experience from similar responsibilities, giving you the confidence to navigate in this role. You will be working with products connected to our marine segment, so having an interest in or previous experience related to boats is naturally a great plus.
